Licensed Practical Nurse, as a member of the interdisciplinary care team ensures that clients are provided treatment, medication, diet, rehabilitative care, activities of daily living, protective service, and self-care training under optimum comfort and care conditions.

Our LPN provides quality client care, considering age-specific developmental and cultural needs through competent practice.  Demonstration of designated competencies is required under the direction of a physician.  The LPN will function in a clinical supervisory capacity with respect to RSTs (direct care aides) on their shift assignment.  Under general direction, manages and directs nursing care activities and coordinates care planning with other disciplines.

Full-time/midnight shift (12 hour shift availability)

Qualifications:

Graduation from a state approved school of nursing and holds a current license to practice in the State of Michigan.
Two years nursing experience preferred.
Specialized training or experience in rehabilitation, subacute, long term care, or rehabilitation preferred
LTACH experience preferred.
